Unexplained intermittent fever & winter squash

greetings from the "mount mounts"
we're having a great time, except for poor sweet p's had a few unexplained bouts of intermittent fever. early yesterday evening he started acting very lethargic and fatigued. we just chalked it up to a long day of travel. later we realized he was running a high fever. i gave him some tylenol and about an hour later he was still running fever. after some motrin, it finally came down and he was acting his normal self. today we had a fun filled day of hiking with no signs of not feeling well. fast fwd to this evening............same thing. he started acting tired, quiet, fatigued. felt him, took his temp, sure enough high fever again. gave him motrin, tylenol again and 1 1/2 later it's finally coming down. the only thing i can think is maybe it's his 2nd year molars. we have never had any problems with teething before--he's seriously a champion teether (never know he's getting a new tooth until it pops through and you see it). i'm scared b/c in the back of my mind i keep thinking he just got his mmr vaccine last week.

Harper had winter squash for the 1st time tonight.
